Sync from Yoco

Fetches completed orders since the last sync or physical count (whichever is later) and deducts stock per your serving-size rules. Nothing is ever written back to Yoco.

Sync stock catalogue

Updates each stock item's name and category from Yoco's current product/variant names, matched by SKU. Yoco has no stock-quantity endpoint, so this never touches quantities or deduction rules — and it never creates a new stock item outright. A SKU in Yoco with no matching stock item shows up in "Needs review" below instead.

Apply confirmed SKU consolidations

Review the confirmed Wine and CH Vests SKU consolidations before applying them. The live Yoco SKU becomes the stock item's canonical SKU, while the previous SKU remains an audit alias for historic sales and counts. This does not change quantities. A duplicate old/new stock record is never merged automatically.

Unmatched SKUs

Sales for these SKUs couldn't be matched to a stock item, so nothing was deducted for them. Map each to an existing item, or leave it here until you add the item via a physical count. Things that will never be stock (memberships, age tags, cash, race entries) can be deleted instead.
