Categorise imported transactions
Categories are saved in the portal, not Yoco. Stock and membership status stay unchanged. Payments and sales lines are separate views, not additive totals. These categories do not yet change the charts above.
Membership fee payments (Yoco)
Yoco payments since October 2024 with possible membership application matches based on amount and payment notes. Payments already represented by a saved sales order are identified by their stable order ID and excluded from this review. Suggestions only consider applications made from 120 days before to 30 days after the payment, and never mark membership as paid on their own. A Treasurer or Administrator confirms each payment, with a reason, before the linked membership is marked Paid; a decision can be undone.

Backfill Yoco history
A one-off import of past Yoco orders for this dashboard only — it never touches Stock Control quantities, so it's safe to run even after a physical count baseline. Re-running it over an overlapping range adds nothing extra.

Yoco gives every payment the next receipt number in one running sequence, so any number between last month’s highest receipt and this month’s that the portal does not hold is a missing payment.

If revenue, currency, payment method or staff look wrong or missing after a backfill, use this instead of re-backfilling — it recomputes those fields from the order data already recorded, with no extra Yoco API calls.
If Recompute still leaves lines unverified, their stored order data was truncated before it was ever saved — this re-fetches just those orders from Yoco (a real API call, a small number of orders per click) and repairs them in place.
